We are pleased to let members know that the final club night of 2025 will take place on Wednesday 17th December.
The night will include the following plus much more:
Don’t forget: 1-400 draw numbers are just £5 each and can be purchased from the bar or from one of the Ladies’ Fundraising Team. All proceeds will go towards providing new shading for the main patio area.
We’re encouraging as many members as possible to come along and enjoy the evening.
Please find attached the pre-order sheet with the food options that will be available and served between 6:30pm-7:30pm. This can be printed off or collected via the bar and returned to the team. You can also complete your pre-orders and book your table by contacting Phoebe from catering directly via - catering@fulfordheathgolfclub.co.uk. Booking a table is essential and will require your pre orders. All orders must be in by Saturday 13th December.
On the evening, once all who are eating on your table have arrived you will be able to pay on your membership card via the catering kiosk and this will be debited from your ClubV1 bar/food purse. You can also pay on debit/credit card or cash should you wish. Please can you ensure you have sufficient funds preloaded on to your bar/food purse in preparation for this. This will help for logistics on the evening.
Please be aware that this club night is expected to be very popular. To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage members to submit their food pre-order sheets as soon as possible.
